love is the key

This is exactly the right form of address at the moment – Jio – soul! A lot of what is happening around us right now makes no sense and yet if we allow ourselves to look at it with love and joy, creativity and receptivity, calm and balance, power and strength, and out of ourselves as soul. I don't want to go into what and why and how and why and all of this is happening right now... 😀 I assume that everyone has their own opinion and there are as many experts as there are national coaches. And here I include myself and us. Hahaha...must be fun, mmh?! 😉 Everyone has (the right to one) their own opinion and view of what is currently happening on this planet.

Well... I would still like to invite you to break out of what you have read, thought, received, sent out... for a moment. Take a deep breath in and out again. Ready? 😀 So. The sky is blue - little to no air traffic. The streets are emptier – less noise and exhaust fumes. Stay at home - more time for the family. Less work (for many at the moment, for many also (even) more (THANK YOU!)) - more time for hobbies and (new) passions. Fewer offers - more space to focus on the essentials. Crazy influences from outside - good chance to strengthen yourself. People need help – togetherness and compassion. A "bad" virus - let's check our immune systems. The sun is shining - ah, you can also go to the sun! The forest is empty - oh you can hear the birds singing. Staying at home – isn't nature my home too? Fear - what is really behind it? Money or life – do we recognize what is important?! Importance - what is really important?

What is happening now is a gift! A gift from our mother (earth) to herself and to us! She's doing a (temporary) shutdown, not us, and lets herself and us breathe a sigh of relief! If we take this chance and keep this in mind, recognize what is really important and trust that nothing bad is happening to us right now (or otherwise), but something that we can learn, experience and discover with joy, we broaden our perspective , our horizon and above all our energy of love. And it's not about "love & light", but love that is attentive, genuine and direct. Love that shows us the way on our way to free, self-responsible and acting people who rest in themselves and know who they are! Jios! souls! Because yes, doesn't it all seem a bit like a movie to you? Well then, welcome to the purple game, as we like to call it in yoga, in which you are fully involved right now... A game as a journey of discovery through ourselves, which is reflected on the outside and vice versa! 😉

I also invite you to understand this in a way that it is not about trivializing something, naively assessing it or even making fun of it. No, that's not what it's about, and it's not about the actual "topic of this world" at the moment. It's about looking behind it, getting out of our fears by recognizing what's behind it individually for each of us, and then handing it over. It's about us as humans understanding that we are responsible for ourselves and that nobody (partner, boss, "father state", ...) can "regulate" for us what happens in our lives and we still help each other . It's about us as a "population" learning what we want and don't want. It is about realizing that we are one with this planet and the universe and not separate. The main thing is that we also integrate what we are learning now. The chances are endless these days! The energies so powerful that they sweep everything away when we throw it into the stream. Love so visible that we are only allowed to receive! It is a (small/big/...) step on the way to the new era! Do you want to stay or are you coming with me? 🙂
