Lift up the life in your heart

The first three months of the year are history. Looking back on my start of the year it was packed with new experiences, impressions, inner and outer challenges, ups and downs, moving moments, tears, laughter, healing, teachings, wisdom and a new understanding of my own being. I was allowed to rediscover some old and new things in myself and to continue my journey within myself to recognize once again that the most exciting journeys of discovery always take place within us. I was allowed to make decisions, falter, move again, stand still, breathe, and then shoot off again like a rocket, land on a new “planet”, linger and embark on the journey again. Yes, these are moving times for all of us.

Now we are in April, the 4th of the year, the number of the heart! Spring comes step by step. The flowers sprout, the blossoms appear and the sun warms us more and more every day with its radiant power. So it can also mean for us that we remember our radiance, which lies deep in our heart, in each of us! Such wonderful beauty of creation! We! What has personally supported me a lot in the last few days and keeps my being "open" is the mantra "Wahe Guru, Wahe Jio", which reminds us that we are the soul, the I, the self and our heart is our home .

Nothing that we encounter in ourselves and in life is good or bad, negative or positive. None of this needs to be rated! None of this needs more or less importance! Everything is important, everything is formative, everything is unique! The 4 invites us to align our neutral mind (the fourth body in Kundalini Yoga) with the heart and to come into our own intuition and especially sensitivity. All that our life gives us are experiences, gifts and chances to really live! And so, over the last few days, I have repeatedly been concerned with my own sensitivity, yes, high sensitivity. We are all such wonderful beings, with all of our bodies, our senses, our perceptions, sensations, feelings, thoughts and individual gifts. I was allowed to say to myself again and again, "hey, it's wonderful to be the way you are, sensitive in your nature, your perceptions, your "antennas", your movements in you and in life". We are not static, we are not machines, we are human! People who are allowed to slide into their "full juice" to drink this nectar, to enjoy and to receive what the divine wants to communicate to us.

All that is sent to us and that enters our life in us and around us are revelations. They open up to us real life, which is full of everything our minds like to evaluate. If you remember the last newsletter and the different parts of our minds, you might realize that it's just "normal" to function this way. It's nothing special, but it's also not something we need to avoid. It's just there, just as we are. We feel and know that in our hearts! We know that we are perfect the way we were created and that perfection is in everything and everyone! There is nothing that this perfection does not entail, although parts of our minds or personalities may see it differently!

We are in a new era! We are in a time of sensitivity, of realizing that we don't have to be tough anymore. A time of wisdom that we can allow ourselves to communicate openly what concerns us, what moves us and show true strength in doing so! We are invited to open our heart space and all the books within. We can enter into a new togetherness in which there is no up or down, no right or left, but only the center of being, in which we are all one - people with feelings, thoughts, fears, strengths and weaknesses, talents and "Mistakes", sometimes in a good mood or sometimes in a bad mood! Why should any of this make us better or worse? Why should we be worth more or less because of that? Even if our personality sometimes wants to make us believe that or others or about others, we know in our 4, the heart, that this is just a fake! They are masks that have manifested themselves socially, family and personally over lifetimes! It was and is only a matter of time that all this had to and will crumble and collapse at some point! Now the time has come! And whether we feel it, want to participate and heal it or not, Sat Nam! It is our individual decision, it is our own choice, to transform old energy into new and thereby contribute to the healing of humanity and the entire planet! you can not do it What is stopping you? What's stopping you from being completely honest with yourself? Pride, vanity, lack, stress, self-criticism, ...?

We are one! We are connected in love! We came together on this planet - yes, why? When you look at the stars and ask yourself why you are actually here? Why are we humans here? The animals, the plants, the elements? Who created this and why? Does it make sense to anyone or anything that we're here? What is it for? And I invite you to look beyond the "scientific knowledge" that this is how it is and that evolution and the constellations have caused it! Allow your mind to come to the center, align with the heart and ask yourself these questions there! What do you think life has in store for us? How do you think you can uplift the life in your heart? How do you think you can recognize yourself in your very own sensitive, delicate and fresh way and what role life gives you? Do you feel it? Do you feel the tingling? Can you let it flood you? Can you allow yourself to look past all the "thought" and feel what YOU and we really are?

From the bottom of my heart I wish you a wonderful heart month, freshness, love and freedom for your development as a unique and indescribably beautiful being!
