The universe is with you

Today I would like to address a few words to you that have been on my heart in the last few days. A few days ago I came back to the Black Forest and right at the departure station I could feel the energies, emotions and thoughts of the people, almost "read" them. On the train I was allowed to watch people getting on and off and see what was happening in and with them. And as soon as I arrive and during the last few days, I really notice how much people long for something. Closeness, connection, peace, acceptance and love!

I could sense even more in people how rushed and driven they are. Be it from stress, fear, emotionality, ... . In those moments, everyone almost lived in their own little world. And in some moments the situations and the energies reminded me of future films, in which a society is described in which everyone lives on and meanders through life day in and day out and certainly also torments. When I sat on the train and looked out at the platforms, this feeling came back again and again. And I wondered what can support us?

We are all human beings who sometimes need more or less personal contact, affection, respect, physical and emotional closeness. We are not loners but a collective that can only survive together. But at the moment I hear more and more that people feel alone. You feel alone in a wide corridor. Be it in your whole life, with an opinion, a sadness, a joy, somehow everyone experiences it for themselves. And each of us knows those moments when we feel alone. When it may make us sad that there is no one around us to share, who supports, accompanies, loves us! Yes, we need that and we can raise the community among us humans to a higher good than can currently be observed in the division of society. We can recognize again that the feeling of community is a basic happiness for us, which we can easily create ourselves through our connection.

And there is something that is always with us. It is so close to us, even within us, that we no longer really notice it. It's the entire universe! It's the plants, the animals, the elements, the mountain, the tree, the person you meet on the street! It's all! Everything is with you, with me, with us! And not only that! It's us! We are the community! We are the ones who stick together when nothing seems to hold anymore! Everything in this universe is connected, nothing is for itself! Everything in this universe works together, nothing can do it alone!

It doesn't matter what situation you're in right now. Whether it's challenging or easier. Whether it's more painful or more joyful. Remind yourself that you are never alone! Someone is thinking of you! Someone feels you! Someone supports you! someone loves you And even if you can't trust it! Trust love, the universe, you! This is always there!
