Life is a journey

Life is a journey. Step by step we follow a path that fills us with surprises again and again. Yes, we are conditioned to want to control, plan, and set goals. But as the saying goes – God laughs at plans. We find it difficult to relinquish control and have experiences that are outside of our control. That doesn't mean that we can't have visions and intentions. They are important for our personal development. However, do we manage to let go of the result and the outcome and send off our wish list with deep trust? Often we are so "fixated" (on the future/past) that we overlook the greater opportunities and opportunities of the moment that are presented to us along the way. Our senses are often focused on just one side and we don't realize that something much more radiant is opening up on another side, in another corner of our lives. The world is in the midst of a time of profound change and the rebirth of a passion that leads us to peace, unity and healing. Do we want to follow this path or do we want to continue to avoid, despair and suppress? Do we want to muster up the courage to become observers of ourselves and the world, and then act or let flow with love and compassion? Do we want to trust in order to open a space in which everything is allowed to create from these chances and possibilities and create a new world in which connection and love are the "topmost goals"?

So from the bottom of our hearts we say THANK YOU... Thank you for such a wonderful first year of Kundalini Yoga Awakening Teacher Training, in which these brave souls took steps to initiate themselves and make a deep commitment to their souls. Keep up!
