step by step

As you know, June invites us to new possibilities, chances and challenges. We often want everything at once, to see the light at the end of the tunnel or, best of all, to be there and leave everything behind. Do we really believe that there is an end without a new beginning? 😉 Our mind and our ego would like to be in the past, to experience the new and to "get going" right away. We can watch our steps. We all know the saying "to overlook/heed the flowers by the wayside". This is exactly what we must keep reminding ourselves of. On our own path, we often make quick, thoughtless and large steps forward and think we are faster as a result. It means that we always need long breaks to recharge our batteries. If we go full throttle, we need a lot of stops to draw new strength. What happens if we take smaller steps, more slowly and at a constant speed that is adapted to life? What happens when we let go of control and embrace the pace that life gives us!? Sometimes it can be fast, sometimes it can be slow, but it is a constant flow that allows us to focus more on our senses and heart, which guide us in which direction we may go. We can be patient with ourselves and our environment. We are allowed to listen to what life has to say and give us. They are gifts to open every day when we learn to acknowledge a part of fatalism - acceptance of what is. Here the term "amor fati" (love of fate) has made a name for itself. We can develop this love and devote ourselves to it and to life. The infinity that we can accept and live may open up to us. Are you in? 🙂

all love from heart,
