The sun is shining! It gives us days full of warmth, light and sunshine! The air already smells a bit like spring and you may already be able to feel a hint of it inside! 🙂

Yes, what is it that we perceive there at this moment? Isn't it the feeling of joy, peace, perfection and love that spreads? Isn't it so powerful that it spreads and fills us? But where is it again and again when we are “in life”? When (supposedly) "we" think, evaluate, ponder, are yesterday/tomorrow, identify with our emotions/events/beliefs/... yes, with our personality? When we use our minds to explain, prove, justify, make proud or “down” and “experience” so many things that we are not!? Isn't it the case that we ourselves are life? 😉

Often we don't allow ourselves that life doesn't take place around us, but inside us. We don't allow ourselves to just perceive and discover. At the slightest impulse we become active. The alarm clock rings and we get active. The cell phone beeps and we get active. Yes, even when the sun is shining - we get active! We plan, we travel, we go in and out here and there. A thought comes and we take action. An emotion stirs and we become active. We want to do something with it, do, solve, clarify, explain, avoid, only have what "we" want out of our mind and our conditioning. We are, we are not. That suits me, that doesn't. Etc etc! But who is this "we" that is so restless and cannot just be?

What happens to "us" when we go into the boredom? Control is being stolen from "us". And this "us" is just our mind, our emotions, our personality! And no - it's not about denying them, fighting them or even eliminating them! Noooooo... Rather, it's an opportunity to immerse yourself in the stillness and peace that we are, to linger there and to contemplate life as it manifests out of deep joy and this "place"! We are the heart, we are the love, we are the I, we are the consciousness! The mind won't get it, so leave it alone for a moment! He always wants to explain to us. Being spiritual, better/worse, bigger/smaller, braver/more fearful and always ready to prove you wrong in the next second! What an exciting play! 😀 Hahahahahahahahaha…

There is nothing to do! Nothing to achieve! to be nothing! But be careful - our mind and ego, our whole personality will use this to be lazy! We must not confuse laziness with being! These are two different beasts! Laziness is the laziness of really being us and dancing around ourselves instead! The immersion would mean that everything goes, everything falls away and we just are! "Yes, but then what about my life? What kind of life is this? I have values, experiences, my personality, my abilities?!” – Is that really you? Can you soak in the sun again? Can you feel them inside you? What really remains and what just flies by again and again? Do you then even have a zodiac sign, a profession, a personality, anything? 😉 Or what else is there?
