calm in the storm

January is already over and we have arrived in February at full speed. Welcome! It can feel like the universe is stepping up a gear this year - even though we know it's always going evenly! 🙂 How are you? How do you feel when you look behind "good or bad"? What has changed for you in January or where do you feel that things are stagnating? What have you already experienced for yourself? Where do you feel challenges in yourself, in your environment or in society as a whole? What does that do to you? And above all – how do you deal with it? Do you need help?

It feels like we're sailing in a wild storm that challenges us to find ways to stay the course. We feel that it is becoming more and more exhausting to do this. We feel that the old ways of fighting, of the "tried and tested fighting spirit" somehow no longer work. We are conditioned to fight for or against something. We have learned that it is/must be hard to achieve, create or cope with something. We were (and are) told that we have to make an effort so that "something comes out of it" or we are even loved. But doesn't it rather rob us of our strength, lead us astray, into a cycle in our thoughts and emotions from which it is difficult to get out again!? Is it really good for us?

“Jesus said to him, “Put your sword in its sheath; for whoever takes up the sword shall perish by the sword.” – Matthew 26:52

But we live in a time when this fight no longer works. It no longer works to be against it and unconsciously harm yourself in the process. We can learn to be for something! We can learn to lay down our swords and remember that there are alternatives to what lies deep within our cells. Old knowledge, old beliefs, old ways of doing things, which of course worked to a certain extent. But at what cost? On which shoulders? At what price? Can we acknowledge it, transform it and take this energy with us on new paths - even if we don't know where these paths lead us?

A nice quote from Barney Stinson comes to mind:

"It is the best samurai that keeps his sword in its sheath."

The new era is characterized by uncertainty, unpredictability, surprises that really challenge us to enter a new paradigm of actions. Actions, step by step, that “benefit” us as a soul. Actions backed by patience and confidence. Actions in which we feel the truth and the certainty that they are performed. We can acknowledge that in this universe we are all one and connected to everything. Fighting won't get us anywhere - trust, on the other hand, will carry us - devotion strengthens us! We are one…

So we can once again learn to recognize and appreciate ourselves and to use this energy to feel from the heart what the respective moment requires. Not the past, not the future, no - what does the single moment need?! What makes me happy at heart? What is that soft, still voice really saying? We can once again surrender, relax and, out of patience and deep peace, receive with open arms what is given to us. It may be difficult for us. It may not come when we would like it to. It may look different than we imagine. It will sometimes require decisions that "hurt" us. But everything will happen for our good! We can trust that blindly! We can trust that we will ride through the storm, dance with the waves, and come across land filled with gifts we certainly do not expect. Gifts that fill us with gratitude, happiness, joy and love and show us over and over again - we are protected, guided and loved!

And so I would like to deepen the loving and appreciative interaction with each other and open a "Heart Support" for you and us from March on every first Tuesday of the month. It will be a space to share, accompany, reflect, learn and support us! These meetings are held online and on a donation basis. I am looking forward to your participation(s) from the bottom of my being!

In addition, I will present a new online annual training course "Rocket of Love" in the course of February, which you can already look forward to! What else is to come - stay tuned! 😉

I am already looking forward to meeting you in the yoga classes from the depths of my being! From the bottom of my heart I wish you all the best for this month and all your discoveries and experiences within and around you!
