joy of being

We've talked about dedication over the last few weeks. Yes, to what? There was the Kriya. And there is the life that we are allowed to devote ourselves to. It is sometimes a greater challenge to do it in life. To move into this devotion, in which there is a deep joy. It is an experience that can captivate and move us in a dance with life.

How do we dance through life now? Do we dance with a laugh, inside, outside, both...? Do we move or do we find it difficult? Are we happy with ourselves, others and life? We often do things that we don't enjoy, that don't get us excited, that don't seem to have any passion. We make them so that they are made or because we "have to" make them. It takes enormous strength for us to "do" them. That almost sounds like succumbing... What would happen if we put joy as a basis in what we do, feel, think, experience - no matter how it may be (good, bad, ...). As a starting point and direct connection to our roots, which make dancing possible in the first place.

How do we dance through life? What if we ask ourselves how much joy we really have? At our "jobs", relationships, projects, ..., housework, cooking, ...? How do we go about things? From what perspective do we see them and with what evaluation do we give them? Shouldn't we just look at everything as it is? As there is an opportunity in September, so we can seize it. Seeing out of ourselves, recognizing and being provided with a deep joy. Focus our priorities on what fulfills us and brings us joy. And at the same time bringing joy to what we believe is not. From here we can experience life and see again and again what happens as a result and what will unfold before our eyes. What can we discover here? Find out!

Much joy,
