Peaceful Christmas

Fatigue can sometimes be a good teacher. My body is tired, very tired. 🙂 My mind is fresher than ever. My energy fills my whole being. And yet the "bear", the body, is allowed to rest. It is time. In the near future I will be able to receive a very big gift from the universe - "be"! An album that took me through pure life. In me and around me. Now I'm sitting here again in my old children's room, deciding (against my belief in perfection, which is filled with joy) for love and will release the album soon. And as life goes, it challenges me again on the last steps (as it always likes to do in this game ;-)) and gives me the greatest joy in my heart. When you discover what the heart really wants and where it's going. What a wonderful moment full of joy and energy, strength, courage, love and life! During the last two days I was able to feel and recognize very deeply - "hey, you're actually doing this for yourself, as a soul, as part of the whole, to fill yourself with joy and, above all, love". And to feel where I am at home. In my heart, where the passion, the clarity, the joy, the being rests - ME! I have invited all my "parts" here to my home in my heart to hear this music and we rest in peace together.

A few days ago I came up with a nice picture of this. Just imagine that you are sitting on a rocking chair in a beautiful old fairytale house in the woods. With you are "animation characters" or real creatures, as you like! 🙂 There may be a bear (body), a little boy/girl, a pair of foxes and grandpa fox (minds), a lion (ego), … . They babble incessantly (as often happens in our heads). Sometimes they just chatter away, tell stories, argue, make up, make jokes, ... . 😀 And you sometimes talk about your life (e.g. about the album) and everyone has to comment on it. Here e.g. B., "I'm tired," says the bear. "Whoa, that's so much fun," says the little kid. The couple struggles between having the best idea in the universe and just throwing it all away. Grandpa is trying to settle! 😀 The lion allies itself with the belief "not being good enough" and tries to stop the whole thing - with all violence and emotional entanglements. And in this case, "I (as a soul)" really just wanted to tell my story, reminding myself that I have a trick for everyone to make peace with them. Love!

I was allowed to experience all this love in excess in the last three months. Life has presented me (within me) with so many challenges that I was able to recognize many things. It starts with the fact that everything is allowed to be and the rest is regulated and even better than the "colleagues" imagined... 😀 I am always guided and given what I need to live "outside". , as long as I allow myself to shine and follow myself even more. For example, "my bear" was allowed to heal a lot despite being tired. I have had a cyst in the back of my knee for over two years. She is gone. In very emotional and upsetting days (of my inner child and its pain) she just disappeared. I knew this from earlier times and it showed me once again how healing happens through love. Ultimately, everyone in this room just wants to be hugged, hugged and loved! When things get wild, just imagine hugging them all and starting a pillow fight! 😀 We are allowed to laugh, we are allowed to cry, we are allowed to scream, we are allowed to dance, we are allowed to be alone, we are allowed to party! And not because someone has to allow us to do that, but only because we ourselves open the door and go outside into the forest! Just take everyone with you! 🙂 Dare!

All that prevents us are our thoughts and the fear that we could disappoint one of the "colleagues". You will not! You know what is good for each of them! And you can be sure it will work! listen e.g. B. the album every day at least 10x! Hahaha... 😀 Your mind will become as pure as a cut diamond... If one thing works, it's mantras. By the way... Back... I really invite you to remember who you are! You're not someone to talk to to find your soul. You ARE the soul! You are Love! You ARE perfect! You ARE, oh man, the newsletter wouldn't stop! You are simply wonderful! Take this with you, everything is possible! Not of your will, ego, with our usual strength! No, out of love, out of joy and pain, out of anger and shame, out of all the energy that's inside us, that we've built up since we incarnated. She is at your disposal. Use them, don't suppress them! Ang Sang Wahe Guru - the ecstasy of the universe dances in each of your cells! You are the universe! Your body alone is a universe if you really imagine that YOU are “just” a small bundle of energy weighing two grams (Yogi Bhajan)! Your body is already huge! cool right? 😀

I would like to thank you for being “on the road” with us this year, for opening up and trusting yourself and for always going with love where it can hurt, but there is infinite liberation! Let me tell you - it works! It's going ok! Certainly! Get involved and the year 2020 will rock like you've never seen it before! 😀 Do you feel that in your stomach?

Life is a gift and I wish for you that you recognize it no matter what the situation. Nothing happens to us here! We are taken care of! We get presents! We can learn! We can heal! We live! We are one! we are love
