Release the tension

We start August today. The month in which the fire of "Lion" and the earth of "Virgin" meet. The month in which we will have a new moon on August 8th, 2021, which invites us to heal with all its emotional power! Personally, the new moon occupies me emotionally every time and on this day I can always feel very clearly how my nature is more emotional than I normally perceive at this depth. Maybe you know that! 🙂 So I'm excited to see what this "super new moon" has in store. What will it show? What comes to the surface and how will it be dealt with personally? Curiosity is spreading! 😉



However, one thing I can clearly feel for myself and for all of humanity these days is RELAXATION! It's time we relax! It is becoming increasingly important that we relax and equalize the tension(s) and release them for transformation! The universe is just waiting to actively heal and transform for us. One thing keeps coming to my mind: when it gets louder around us, it helps us to be quieter ourselves. When things speed up around us, it helps ourselves slow down. When things get more aggressive around us, it helps us be more loving ourselves! When things get more confusing around us, it helps us be clearer about ourselves. The exciting thing is that at this moment we notice exactly which of these energies belongs to us and which does not. We can perceive what is our part or what our mind just "eats" and then not digest it.



So how do we find out? There is a very simple exercise. If you happen to be in a busy pedestrian zone for the next few days, just sit down for a few minutes. Watch the people! Literally suck them up! Feel their energies! Feel her emotions! Read their faces, all their bodies, their behavior. Pick up everything like a vacuum cleaner. After a few minutes, as soon as you feel like you've sucked enough, close your eyes. Feel what it triggers in you, what it does to you, what thoughts and emotions have arisen in you and how YOU feel now. Do this for a few minutes too. As soon as you have the feeling that you have felt enough, start breathing! Take a deep breath, exhale all of this and notice little by little how your perception changes. Feel how your whole being is transformed! Feel which of all this is really yours or that of your environment (people, nature, energies, ...)! Breathe back to yourself and when you have the feeling that you have been breathing deeply, slowly, evenly and consciously, internalize this breathing again, open your eyes and observe your surroundings again! How do you see her now? How did she and your perception change as a result? What is really yours or what is someone else's? What did you learn from this and how can you integrate it into your life? How would you like to continue living this?



Every day we are enveloped, well, bombarded by more news, information, emotions of others, opinions, "fights", energies of the outside. And here it can happen so easily that we get so lost in it that we no longer know in which fog we find ourselves. Let alone how we can find our way out of this fog. And these nebulae are innumerable. Media fog, WhatsApp fog, spirituality fog, social fog, … . So what to do? What would you do if you were stuck in deepest fog and didn't know which direction to go? Thinking about it like that, I would just sit and wait for the fog to clear. Then everything is revealed again and it can go on. Well, if only it were that easy. Practice patience, sit, do nothing, trust! Trust is relaxation! You just let yourself sink in and wait and see what happens! YOU are the Buddha of your own life! Buddha is only a reflection of you if you allow yourself to perceive him in you! Maybe you have a Buddha statue lying around at home... Have you ever allowed yourself to really look at it, to meditate on it, to sink into it? The big grin, the warm belly, the deep grounding, and the stillness that spreads just by being... Wonderful, isn't it? 😉

The meeting place is sitting in the fog! The meeting place is acceptance of the moment, whatever form it may take. The meeting point is the trust that through the "trick of relaxation" we can lift off like a feather, float and let ourselves be carried through life. The universe asks us every day - "trust me and take my hand" - and is ready for us every second. It's an "eye look"! 😉 Can you spot that? Can you look behind this statement of the Buddha and learn even more from it? What else shows up for you apart from “stubborn reading” and nodding your head? 😉 So Buddha said: "Don't believe the scriptures, don't believe the teachers, don't believe me either. Believe only what you yourself have carefully examined and acknowledged as serving you and for your good.”



So what can you read in what you have read up to here? What can you experience, examine and acknowledge? What can you discover for yourself and integrate into your being and not just nod? What is your way to relax? What is your fire that you bring into the transformation to create new earth? You believe that fire only destroys? What comes next? What's next for you?



I wish you a relaxed, refreshing and fulfilling month of August. I wish you love! I wish you happiness! I wish you acceptance! I wish you sympathy! I wish you experiences! I wish you your being! I trust you! Be true to yourself! Live authentically within yourself, that is the greatest happiness! you are you You are unique and wonderful! Relax yourself!
